A big feature for me was that they do very good walkthrough videos which helped me make a decision to buy or not and if bought how to use. Now off I go to do music.

It's not only the quality of the programs offered, but the Customer Service has been great. Never had a problem where they didn't respond quickly and make things right. I have been purchasing VST through them for several years now and have been extremely happy with every purchase. I have more sounds and plugins than I know what to do with.
