No replies. I have tried to contact them online chat. No reply. I have tried to call them no answer. I would like a refund.

GBFraudulent company Ordered my product well over 2 weeks ago now, still haven’t received confirmation or an update! I’ve emailed and wrote on the companies page and haven’t had a response but quick enough to take my money! Avoid this scamming company, will be on the phone to the bank tomorrow for fraud.

GBApologies - My earlier review was meant for the company using the details - Dog Face UK. I Ordered 2 x dog jumpers. Both were too small. I returned them recorded delivery. No refund, no replacements, no further contact. I sincerely apologise to the dogfacebrand.com for any bad publicity on my part.

GBDo not purchase any items from this company Have been trying to get in touch with the company in regards to exchanging an item, it states on there website to email them with the order number within 14days to return or exchange,I have emailed them several times over the last 14days with no reply so have had to open a case with the ombudsman and the better businesses bureau to try and resolve this issue, I would recommend staying away from this company there products are sub-par and they will not reply to you to try and resolve any issues they just straight up ignore any messages
