Designer Goods at an Excellent Price Wonderful place to buy designer goods at a great price (lower than Fashionphile or Rebag for my purse and it's brand new). I initially reached out to inquire about an item and customer service responded the same day, going above and beyond in their answer. After I ordered, the item was quickly shipped and arrived within 2 days (I am in CA). Definitely would recommend and would buy from again. They also provide a discount if you follow them on Instagram!

Horrible Policies and Support Bought a pair of shoes for my wife at nearly $1k. The first time my wife wore them, the back strap detached. It was clearly a manufacturing defect. Contacted Modecraze and was told I had 3 days from the delivery date to report defects. This was a gift and that is a crazy restriction to impose on customers. Horrible service and policies. Do not buy from this company.
