TOTAL SCAM!! Do not trust this website! I payed express shipping for my order (5-7 day shipping) and it's been a month and I haven't even received a tracking number. I emailed them asking for an update they replied saying they would ship it and send me a tracking number in 3 days. It's been a 2 weeks since that response and I have not received any email. Then I emailed them many times asking for a refund and they just ignored my emails. When I went to check on my order it was apparently cancelled without my consent, they also didn't bother telling me they cancelled my order! THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND MY MONEY!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before … I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order back in April. These people are ridiculous. Like many others, I paid extra for express shipping (3-5 days). Here it is a month later and I have no indication that I will be seeing my order any time soon. The status on the website it "payment received". I have submitted 6 ticket messages on their website and sent multiple emails with no response at all from them. Very disappointed because I really want the items I ordered or a refund if they are not going to send them.

Horrible!!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I just want my money back! I never got my order, I paid extra for shipping and they just stole my money. I placed my order July 27th and I send multiple emails, opened 4 inquiry tickets and NOTHING! No response, no product, no refund.

Wish I could put zero stars Wish I could put zero stars. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a swimsuit and used express shipping on July 9th and I still have nothing. They won't reply to any of my emails and they don't answer the phone. Apparently this does not bother them at all because they continue to rip their customers off!!

What a scam! I have ordered an item that was supposed to be 100% linen dress. Not only it didn’t look anything like on the add picture but it was made of 35% Spandex and 65% Polyster!!! What a scam !! Not sending it back as I would have to pay the shipping, just want to forget all about this experience!!!
