They then said I had to pay $200 additional or shipping insurance. I told them I wasn't going to pay for insurance. I told them I was not satisfied, because they offer a "100%" money back guarantee. I was told that only applied after shipping and they would not refund me. Unfortunately because they were paid through Zelle, I have no way to get my money back!
