GBInaccurate description on sizes RE: Shipment #100036606 for Order #100042009 Ricardo Beverly Hills Roxbury 2.0 19" Soft Face EZ Access Mobile Office Color: Brushed Silver I bought this carry-on piece expecting that it will be acceptable by all airlines. Was about to use it for the first time traveling to Australia and New Zealand next month. After checking with the airlines I found out that this carry-on piece exceeds their size requirements, and hence, cannot be able to use it. It is total disappointment.

GBBuy directly from manufacturer I had purchased one of the highest priced carry-on suitcases. It is a Samsonite and weighs less than 5 pounds. Because is only has one "post" that pulls up or down, it is not ideal to support a laptop on the top, while pulling it along. The laptop swivels around. The very first time we used the suitcase, the clip that is on the pullout handle, broke off. I have called and left several messages for the owner. They have been ignored. However, when I was wanting to purchase the item, he was beyond friendly and oh-so helpful. I would highly recommend not buying a single item from this business. Not worth the fact that you will have non-existent customer service if you have any problems.

GBZero Communication Placed an order 9 days ago...still haven't received any sort of communication, can't even get to website now "service is down" apparently...they sure took my $600.

GBI wouldn't have bought if I understood the item wasn't actually in stock I ordered the item with expedited shipping for an upcoming trip. Turns out the item wasn't in stock. Communication was minimal (I had to call after it should have been delivered to see what was up). Still don't know when my new suitcase will arrive.

GBPoor Communication When I placed the order, I did not receive an order confirmation email. I waited several days and still received nothing. I finally called the customer service number and no one answered. I had to leave a message. Several days later I received a callback from a nice gentleman, telling me that the item is out of stock. He told me they are cancelling the order. If and when the item is again available, they will send me an email telling me to order it again. That is fine, but it was like pulling teeth to get that information. Frankly I was afraid the web site was a scam and I had given my credit card information to an identity theft operation. I guess that is not the case, but their communication is very, very poor.
