I received my sunglasses today and was… I received my sunglasses today and was disappointed because my package was ripped and my sunglasses were broke all messed up even the pink sunglasses bag that I love was cut up , don't know what happened but I was looking forward to the glasses. Maybe putting them in a box instead of an envelope would help this matter , I would like mine in a box the next time. I do love your sunglasses I have several pair.

Would give no stars if possible. Would give no stars if possible. Terrible quality products I received. Continued lack of reply from customer service and when I finally got one it was barely understandable and referred to something I hadn't complained about. I've left negative feedback on all platforms they advertise on and they got in touch asking if I wanted a refund which didn't even cover a fraction of the purchase cost, let one half of the postage cost. Huge No from me.

What a bunch of cowboys What a bunch of cowboys. The sunglasses are so expensive for cheap rubbish..they don't offer refunds full stop. They are like smiling assassins..very dangerous company to deal with..I'm trying to extricate myself from their emails. Spent £40 for nothing.. horrible cheap tat. Please don't do it ! Avoid at all costs. Even PayPal side with them. If you want to go along with their refund program you have to request a return label which takes weeks. Then pay for it yourself for delivery to China. It quite upset me.

Overcharged Ordered sunglasses and received email with invoice showing everything priced in Canadian dollars (CAD$50). But they charged me in US dollars (US$50). Despite having email from them showing CAD they denied incorrectly charging me. Dishonest approach to business.
