GBPlaced an order on January 18th Placed an order on January 18th. Was supposedly contacted about the aesthetics of the backpack changing which delayed the order (I never received the email, not sure gwhat happened there). Sorted that out on January 21st. As of today (January 31st) I have never received a confirmation email or any status update; abysmal ability at communicating.
