GBI would never order another cap from… I would never order another cap from myfitteds.com again. I ordered early Monday morning and didn't get a tracking info until Thursday morning. They claim you will receive your cap 3 days after you order it. There's no phone number to contact them only email and they never respond. The return policy sucks. You're stuck with product and no refund. Not a company anyone should order from.

GBHopefully you don’t get sent the wrong hat Was happy until they sent the wrong hat. They ask you to send pictures of the wrong hat and then don’t respond. I literally emailed them 5 times and they didn’t respond once as if I’m just going to go away. I’ll leave reviews wherever so that they finally do something as simple as reply to an email. These dudes are supreme jerkoffs! Horrible way to treat customers when it’s clearly their mistake.

GBDespite negative reviews Despite negative reviews, my experience was positive and I'd recommend doing business with Myfitteds. Flawless transaction from start to finish, even during Black Friday weekend. Though the shipping duration was average, my hat was packed adequately and I received exactly what I ordered. Don't let the negative reviews deter you and give this small business a try.

GBNo customer service exists Put out some of the best hats. But is zero customer service at all. I accidentally clicked the wrong size emailed over 15 times before hat was packed. No response. I understand. This was my mistake but this is terrible customer service.
