Love the products Shipping Too Must Love the products. Delivered quickly however they give you a discount on product advertise free shipping on sale items if purchase over a certain amount amount but by the time you i purchase 100 to 200 dollar in merchandise with sales items i then can’t use free shipping off merchandise over 50 dollars. They then charge me half my savings for the shipping charges. Not sure I’m really getting a good deal. I have made 3 purchases from here and think its time to take my business elsewhere. Spending $500 should get me free shipping not an addition $100+ in shipping cost.

So bummed So bummed Bought a hard to find costume from here a week ago & paid for expedited shipping. No answer ever to calls or emails asking for a tracking #. & reading the reviews it seems likely I was scammed too. Now I have to go through the dispute process with PayPal Horrible customer service

No responses! No help! I’ve sent them email, and they sent an automatic response email saying something about their warehouse is moving and also called these ppl a million times no response. I am going do a dispute with my bank especially after reading these reviews and not getting any responses back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There’s a reason for these sale prices. I will never order from these ppl again!!!

Dissapointed I placed it order and paid for priority shipping on Sunday so that I could get my Halloween costume for tomorrow. Your website says it takes 2 days to process orders but I still haven't gotten an email saying my order has shipped. I'm extremely dissapointed. I even emailed support and no one got back to me and I've called multiple times and no one is answering. My order # is 112552572.
