Good Quality, 14 days shipping, good support. I ordered before I read the previous reviews and I was nervous about the shipping and quality. I was VERY happy with the quality of the silk tie, cufflink and pocket square set. I wrote to the support twice and both times i received an email back the same day. Shipping from wherever it originated to my house in AZ was 14 days.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY** Wouldn't Cancel - Now I have to pay to ship it back to FINLAND I tried to cancel my order less than an hour after placing it and I was told it was too late and if I wanted to return the tie I could do so once received. Now that I received the tie, I requested a return and I was given a return address in Finland and I have to pay shipping to ship it back. The tie cost $56 and with shipping/duties/taxes the estimated cost to ship it back is over $90 using the cheapest option with USPS. Do NOT order from this company. I am trying to get a US return address now but I don't have high hopes. Unbelieveable.

I ordered a necklace on Dec 6 I ordered a necklace on Dec 6. I have trying to track the package only to discover there has been no shipping activity for over 23 days. Today is Jan 1 and I have sent them company an email to see what the hold up is. IF I get what I ordered, I will provide a follow up review on the quality. At this point very unsatisfied.

Don't ever think about buying any… Don't ever think about buying any product from this place!! I have been stupid that I haven’t check these reviews from others ! the product are the same quality as Ali express products and 10 times more expensive and you have to wait for over a month to get some rubbish
