GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! I bought a bag from them and when I received it over a month after purchasing . It looked nothing like the photo ! It was a complete different colour , it had missing parts on it from what they showed on the photo. The handle was way too long for the bag and when I clipped it in it was hanging down and looked stupid . I’ve emailed the company for a refund and they will not reply to me .

GBZero customer service As others have indicated, this seems to be a pretty shoddy operation. Customer service emails bounce back; no invoice or return label packed with the item. You will never be able to get your money back if you’re not happy.
