This case messed my daughters phone up… This case messed my daughters phone up and they are rude. Sent a video of the “test” the guy in the video is obviously holding the case closed at the top and the bottom right side of the paper came out wet. They DO NOT stand behind their product. If the product was not defective then I would like them to explain how the whole phone will not cut on due to water damage after purchasing their product. Then the person texting has the audacity to say “ I’m not here to argue with you” learn customer service and produce a quality product! If you purchase this product be prepared to purchase another phone. Even the money came out wet.

DO NOT BUY THIS DO NOT BUY THIS. Bought this yesterday at the blackwater canoe company, for 13.99 plus tax, prior to an 11 mile canoe trip. It went into the water shortly thereafter when we turned over the canoe. Phone was in this "waterproof" pouch and in a water resistant backpack. Was in water maybe 15 seconds. Bag did NOT protect phone.

You need this for great pictures!!! This was a spur of a moment purchase right before I did the snorkeling trip to Buck Island in St. Croix. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU for making a product that worked with my big phone and I could still use all my buttons. The surf was rough that day but I did not have any issues with my phone in or out of the water.
