Great customer service I bought a curly headband wig with bangs and in the title of it the wig said detachable bangs, but when I got the wig it wasn’t detachable so I emailed and they were kind and responsive. They acknowledged that there was a glitch in the website and offered a partial refund and let me keep the wig. My needs were met and I was compensated, now the wig itself is great it fits perfectly the bangs were a little too long for me so I cut them a little but it you like them to cover your eyes it’s perfect for you. The texture is great the conditioner provided really helped revamp the wig and the nice goodies I got enhanced the unboxing experience.
