DECouldn't be happier Really, really happy with this purchase. I bought a citizen messenger bag about 13-14 years ago and it's been my daily workhorse since. Recently (like in the last 3-6 months) the shoulder strap has started to fray across the middle, making it hard to slide the buckle and threatening the bags' integrity. I contacted Chrome to see if they would honor their warranty. To be honest, I kind of assumed that they wouldn't or would give me a hard time. This was my experience with Timbuk 2, whose bag I used for a similar time before being told "it looks like it's been well-loved" and given a small discount code. I went with Chrome instead and I've never been disappointed. The customer service person was quick to respond and after requesting some additional pictures they sent me a code for a new bag (less shipping). The new bag is actually better (and bigger?) than the old one and I couldn't be happier.

HUReally bad costumer service. Payed but never received items This is probably one of the worst online purchase experiences in my life. I ordered and payed for items and never received an order number or a verification. I tried to contact the seller numerous times: phone, email, twitter. A month later I got a reply telling me that their EU service is down. It is now over 40 days since I placed my order and I have decided to dispute it. A quick check on twitter reveals that that's what they have been telling people since mid November. Nevertheless, Chrome continues to accept orders and payments, even though they are unable to ship items or provide customer service. They have done so for over 3 months, and I have spoken with numerous other twitter users that also -basically- have been scammed. Chrome's products are amazing. A backpack I bought 5 years ago has travelled around the world with me and is still one of my most beloved items. Buy Chrome. But only at a real life store. NEVER online.

DKWating response on this inquery: Wating response on this inquery: _____________________________ Dear Chrome, I have recently bought a Bravo 3.0 backpack. Product pictures clearly shows a quick-access laptop zipper on the side. This feature is essential, especially for roll-top bags and would be a big selling point for many including me. Needless to say, the bag I received does not have this quick-access for the laptop. This is so bizarre and unacceptable that it is kind of funny... You have a real photo of a real product that is advertising and showing features that does not exist in the products that you sell to your customers !? Whats going on here Chrome?

SEBuilt to last forever Hi there, so I have 2 chrome bags. Why I bought a second one? Because I got so bored that the first one just did not wear out! The super cool metal buckle has turned more than one head when I click it closed. They just last forever and age gracefully. Water proof, shock proof. They are all terrain. Been in the crowded subway of shanghai, or the snow of Sweden and they just go on and on. Totally worth the price
