One can't go wrong by choosing Magespacex and their products. Very fast and excellent support! You never have to wait more than 12 hours, usually they answer in just a few hours. All problems and questions regarding the module were promptly resolved. Thank you!

I have been using the Pos system for… I have been using the Pos system for the last six months. During the pandemic integration of our Magento 2 website with the Pos system helped us to receive orders and fulfil those orders. The well-integrated system with easy to use. Order fulfilment from multiple warehouses helped us to work remotely and connect with different members of staff. It is worth it spending and looking forward to receive new updates and features in the near future.

Soon as the advisor came on the email, I started having issues with my internet connection. My issue was resolved in practically a-few minutes. I was able to identify some errors needing amending on the receipt. James was also happy to assist with making those changes for me. Overall brilliant service, friendly and polite. A rogue "company" It is a rogue "company" that selling old software copy from another (original) authors. Software is not working and they do not provide support (it is included in offer). After two weeks of purchasing we installed it, found multiple problems, preventing it from work and starting to write to seller (email/online chat/contact form/, getting no answer or strange answer like "please wait a little"). Today I searched for Magespacex reviews and found lot of similar complaints - they are simply cheaters.

Crooks - Took money for customization never performed and extension never installed. Extensions don't work as advertised either. Crooks - don't do business with them!!! These guys stole over $700 from us. We paid for them to install their affiliate extension and they never performed the work and we went with another company but they never gave us a refund. We also paid $400 to customize their Point of Sale solution to show different payment codes and they never performed the work. In addition, they sell their Checkout solution as compatible with Amazon pay - IT IS NOT. When you have an issue and email them, they never reply and when they do, crazy answers like "gee our facility burned down".. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your extensions.
