GBHorrible service and quality I put my dog down in October, so this is the first Christmas without her in 15 years. I wanted a sweater that reminded me of her. I paid the express shipping fee, which said it would arrive by Christmas. I barely received it on January 2nd and it was not a size small. It was 3 sizes too big. When I asked to be refunded the express shipping cost, I was told "if we refund too much we won't make money on the sale". Horrible quality and horrible customer service. I emailed them after they responded to this review and I haven't received a response. What a joke.

GBTHIS I A SCAM This company is a scam. I wish I could give it 0 stars. They should be reported to BBB. When seeing the items online it is a false advertisement. They should have reviews on their page. I wish I would have done more research on the Company before ordering. I would have NEVER brought from this so-called company. Also, another confusion is why I can not return or get a refund for the product that I do not like. . BE AWARE of these scammers.

GBDon’t lets this one star fool you Don’t lets this one star fool you. 1.) they’re website (black trend tees) says they are from PA, USA. Not true. Products are coming from China. 2.) their timeline of when items will be received is also incorrect. I should have received my package 2 weeks ago, however, it’s just now being shipped… (if that’s even accurate) 3.) they claim that their website tracking order doesnt keep up with the actual shipping. That’s a bunch of bull…it’s laughable at this point. 4.) they lie and lie and lie to cover up their poor customer service or just completely ignore you hoping you’d forget about what you ordered so they can scam you and take your money. (Paypal will help you file claims if used) 5.) it’s in everyone’s best interests that they don’t purchase anything from this company. Find yourself a local custom print shop that your town can do with better service and quality that will be done in a timely manner. ***in response to the reply: if you ship globally, then state that in your website. It doesn’t not say that under shipping. False advertisement. As far as emailing my issues about your poor customer service, it has already been done. They don’t care, clearly. Have fun screwing people over!
