Super yellow, water proof and packable The bag came quickly and without fuss. The quality itself is excellent, very water resistant for my commute in Melbourne. I love the colour; super bright and obvious, you can always pick me out from the crowd. And it holds at least a week's worth of groceries at a time which is brilliant.

Not a reputable company. No one answers inquiries via emails about where my order is. The tracking has not been updated since 12/26/23. I ordered a backpack for my husband on 12/16/23 and it has never arrived. This company should be shut down and penalized for what appears to be nothing more than a scam.

Good backpacks! I've bought two backpacks from them- they feel a little flimsy because the material is thin but are surprisingly high quality and waterproof. My brother has the Mochilas school backpack which is extremely spacious. He regularly throws his around everywhere and the bag is still in great shape.

They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. SCAM!! Do NOT use!! Ordered a backpack for my son for Christmas. Still haven't received anything and tracking information stopped 12/26/23. I paid $55 for nothing and my son didn't get one of his Christmas gifts-VERY disappointed in this scam company,!!!
