GBThis is a cheaply made piece of JUNK This is a cheaply made piece of junk. Instructions are poor as is the quality of the plastic. The legs are extremely difficult to get to fit on bath bottom and not anywhere close to being sturdy. With a price tag just under $200, I thought that I would receive a quality product. Return to sender.

GBI needed a drain hose for an older… I needed a drain hose for an older model. It was easy to find, and reasonably priced.

GBThe bath is awesome, but... The bath is awesome. I really like it, and my dog likes it. However, it does leak between the tub and the hose, no matter what I do to stop it. so I have to have a tub underneath it so the drip doesn't ruin my floor. Well, it's more than a drip. The thread needs to be deeper on the hose to prevent this oh, I think. Other than that, it's a great product.

GBA great product but with reliability and trust concerns My girls (35lb and 100lb) tolerate, but don't like being bathed in the shower. And they are way too big for a tub or sink or anything like that. So when I came across the booster bath, it was a "dream" product for me. I purchased mine 22 months prior to the writing of this review and, upon receiving it, genuinely loved it. And although the girls didn't really love being bathed in the booster bath either, it seemed to be a huge improvement in their eyes, as it certainly was in mine! No more leaning down for an hour to finish with back pain. No more wet dogs running around my bedroom after a bath. And cleaner dogs overall - with them elevated and tethered at waist height, I was much more easily able to clean their bellies, heads and necks, and leave conditioner in for the recommended time instead of rushing to get them out of the shower. On the whole, I was a very happy camper. But after each bath, the leash restraints seemed to get more fragile and weathered. I imagine this is because they are left wet after each bath, though I don't really know. All I knew for sure is that they would break sooner rather than later - and after the 21st month, they did. No biggie, I figured. I'll order a new one. I knew it would be out of warranty, but it seemed fine, since I loved the product so much. I had a little trouble figuring out where to order, and after a while I sent an email to Booster Bath customer service. They responded first thing the next morning, another good sign. Then the problem cropped up: you cannot actually order just a leash restraint. You must order the entire parts bag! This meant I had to pay $36 for a single broken strap - about 25% of what I paid for the product, and an order that from my experience so far is likely to placed every year and a half to two years. It also means a ton of material waste - I'll be throwing out everything in the bag except the leash restraint. So essentially, you have a great product and responsive customer service, but a product that will regularly break and require expensive replacement parts, plus material waste, and a generally flawed customer service policy. I'd give the product's functionality like 6*. Customer service response time is 4* (my second email took 2 days to receive an answer). But durability is 3*, and replacement part cost is zero stars (again, $36 for a single 12 inch length of cloth is downright abusive!). Average it out, you get a 3* product.
