Best Ever My wardrobe is full of Islamic garments from East Essence, and that explains pretty much everything I have to say about this website. This store pleases me in terms of collection and services both.

Pictures are better than actual… Pictures are better than actual products. They appear under high quality but in reality lowest quality ever. It’s dropped ship from India and they will not refund shipping. So they don’t want to lose anything, customer has to lose because they mislead.

The actual items were/are excellent. Pricing is exceptional also. I made another order for a few items, somehow ordered the wrong size. I noticed the mistake same day. I sent an email detailing my need to change the size. Received a prompt and professional reply from Ramzi (pls excuse me if I misspelled). He was so helpful, professional and accommodating! He sent a follow up email to ensure I was "good" and so I await my order via delivery. I look forward to continuing to purchase items from this company and pray for the company's success!

Company is not clear about delivery timing, my account has been suspended without warning! Company is not clear about the packing/shipping timing which can be well above full 6 weeks. I have not received the ordered goods yet (after 5 weeks) but I am already worried this is a scam as I cannot login into my account any more!!! I might have been be stripped off for 200,- USD, in a "better" case for some trash quality rags.

Best:-) This is the second time I have made purchasing of Abaya from EastEssence and let me compliment you that Iam extremely happy and amazed with the products I received. The fabric used, cuts, colors, subtle design, finishing, delivery everything is just too good. I was a bit sceptical about online shopping because of previous bad experiences but EastEssence proved me wrong. Specially in India we are always ready to pay for the correct stuff but usually we dont get the desired quality even after spending. Also prompt email replies related to order queries are indeed appreciable. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks to entire team. Jazakallahu khairan.
