Awful customer service Awful customer service. I have emailed them maybe 3 times about an order and nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I ordered my sunglasses. Starting to think I won’t see them. Wouldn’t recommend.

Poor customer service! Poor customer service!! They sent the wrong glasses. We emailed them the day we received the package and didn’t receive a response for 3 days. Their email just told us to use a different email group which we did immediately. We then received another email telling us to send an email to the first email address we already sent a message to. It has now been over two weeks with no response. Very disappointing to say the least!
