A legitimate website with good customer service Having read so many bad reviews that this company is a scam has caused alot of anxiety. However, I did receive my coach bag and customer service was good. They responded very promptly to my email and the status of the shipping from USA to Singapore was updated by FedEx in real time.

The customer service are more than happy to take your money, but it's up to YOU to check their website content This is warning to all of those who live in Europe. Make sure you have a good look if you can get your item shipped to you without additional costs. These items are shipped from Japan to New Jersey and then to you. The costs are astronomical and defeats the purpose of buying in the first place. Look out guys!

I ordered a watch to Berlin I ordered a watch to be send to Berlin, Germany. The company was very helpful did everything required to make the process smooth. (only the German customs was a bit difficult). The actual watch is exactly what I ordered and I could have not found it in Germany.
