I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.

I asked about a shoe size and the staff looked at me like I had a third eye and said “I don’t know” and went back what she was doing. I overheard staff complaining about wearing free product they were being given to wear in their hair to promote sales.
