HKlovely shipping for me As I bought a birthday gift for my daughter, I noted the date April 1st on the order since I ordered this quilt in Mar. 20th. I was a little worried about the delivery, and second day their customer service told me it can be, they will help me to change the shipping company to DHL, although the cost is over what I paid. So I am really happy and grateful for them. Nice service and nice products. Will buy more in the near future.

AUBulk order! I was very pleased with the quality of the clothing that I purchased from Vogca. The materials are soft and the prints are all fantastic quality! I would recommend that when you do make a purchase with this site to pay close attention to sizing of the different styles as it varies greatly but for me this wasnt an issue. I contacted vogca team multiple times after my order was placed to ensure that my items were on there way because for some reason I didn't revieve an email about the shipment of every item but just the majority. The team were very quick to reply to my queries and assured me that the other items were also on the way. I'm from Australia and it took probably close to a month for me to recieve all of my items so if in a hurry I wouldn't use this site if you don't want to pay for the faster shipping that is. Over all highly satisfied with this company and its great service and products.

GBI placed a quilt order on 8/23 where it… I placed a quilt order on 8/23 where it said it would ship in 1-2 business days. On August 30 I was told it would ship in 3-4 days. On September 4 I was told it was in the warehouse and was waiting "strict inspection" before shipping. Today I received an email that it was out of stock and they were waiting to receive from the supplier and would I accept a $4 refund when I received it. A lot of run around and lies on this item. Not sure I will ever receive at this point. My advice, don't waste your money or energy on this company.

GB"Happy Camper" cap order making for a very unhappy shopper. Ordered a "Happy Camper" hat 18 days ago. Sent email yesterday, after not receiving any shipping info. Their response was that, due to the "hot sale", the item had gone out of stock and that I needed to wait for it to come back in stock another 15 or so days. I paid $20 with shipping for this hat, so I'm not sure about any sort of "hot sale". Not sure why, when I ordered the item so long ago, I was not told about stocking issue. I actually got a confirmation email and that was all. Obviously, it still remains to be seen whether or not I will actually receive the hat. First time ordering from VOGCA. . . never again!
