Each time i had a question, someone always came to me with true answers and often pictures of the actual products i would receive. Even the return process was fast and easy. Item# SPE028 16” 13x6 lace front wig with bomb color. Pre-plucked and pre-cut lace. Shipping was fast and they always have good sales. What I love most about MyFirstWig is the quality of the hair is excellent and on this one, it’s the color for me. Excellent!

OVER CHARGED I ordered ONE wig that came out to $169 after the discounts were added. Then I get a notification from my bank that I was charged $169 four times. Plus, I also selected the option to use my debit card however it said that I used PAYPAL when I never selected that option because I dnt have a PAYPAL account. So basically my bank asked if I wanted to BLOCK this purchase I told them YES. BUT now I have to get another debit card. This really sucks and this is such an inconvenience for me to have to change my debit card because this company seems like it may be scam.

I have been ordering from them for a… I have been ordering from them for a long time. This past couple of years I have been getting inferior hair. I truly believe the hair is being switched in transit because it’s not what I ordered. Then I was ask to turn this last messy hair at my cost. I will never order another wig from them again. Stop trying to push a fake website on people, it’s just a fake agenda.

Great Experience Excellent quality wigs and superb customer service! I receive several compliments on my hair. I love how they offer different wig cap sizes, styles, colors and the ability to customize a wig to your liking. I used to shop through another brand but now myfirstwig is the only place I shop. Make sure that you shopping through myfirstwig.com and not any other wig website. There are a lot of scammers out there and you want to make sure that you receive the same great customer service and glamorous wigs as me :-)
