Repeat customer We have purchased several shawls. All of them have been wonderful. The last two were for my mom (she's 91) and she just loves them. disappointment but good solution I had problems with VAT and clearance and sent the shawl back. But Spencers did their utmost best to solve the problem and gave me a full refund, so despite some disturbance 5 stars!
