My experience is good as far as… My experience is good as far as communication. I have not received hair yet but I am hoping for superior quality. I am very particular about the quality of my units, and I always know when I have a winner. So we will see when my unit arrives fingers crossed.

All good things arrive - eventually I have given this three stars ONLY because of the delivery time, it was too long! I did however get a quick response in the chat when I chased up my order; they were very sweet and polite. Now for the wig: A solid five stars! The wig is beautiful, soft and silky. I definitely want to order from Simidola hair again but I’m afraid that it will be another long wait. I would suggest more updates giving regular information on the status of the order so customers are not anxious.

Bad quality wig Bad quality wig. Looks like it was made in a rush. Strap not attached at the right place. Cap too small like for a baby’s head. Cut is so bad I will not recommend it
