GBCustomer service is incredibly rude. Customer service is incredibly rude. I ordered some socks that Royal Mail tracking has marked as delivered, but the package is nowhere to be seen. They won't contact Royal Mail for more information and I can't do it as I am not the sender. Spend your money elsewhere. I will be asking PayPal for a full refund.

DEFun Socks, Great deals I took advantage of some great holiday sales at Dedoles.de. I got a TON of fun and cozy items - socks, sweaters - for gifts and for myself. I'm really pleased with the quality, the speed with which I received my order, and the deals I got! Everyone loved their gifts, and I've already made a second purchase.

GBExpensive and then includes microtransactions They try charging you for: "Safe delivery guarantee. In case of loss or damage during delivery, we will send you new goods for free right away." When this should be a right if I buy something and it doesn't arrive that is not my fault. Also you have to select a box to allow Christmas returns they don't include it automatically. For an already expensive product they try to charge you more.

BGExtremely slow delivery Extremely slow delivery! Order placed on 23.04.2022. It is 17.05.2022 and got notification that it was handled over courier today. Seems to me that they deliver on foot. In person. Ridiculous! Would never recommend it! Total disappointment!

ROThey use the cheapest delivery in… They use the cheapest delivery in Romania, with Paketa. They have boxes only in isolated and quite dangerous locations, because they want to pay a very small rent. I went to the place that Paketa indicated me and I was affraid to get off my car. It was a bar outside one village, with 8 drunk people in front of it at 4pm and I suposed to enter in the bar to ask for my package. So, of course, I left without it and I asked for my money back. I will never order from Dedoles again.
