Package arrived (I tracked it on the USPS site). Never heard from them. Tried calling 859 252-0434 HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT'S A RECORDING WITH CODES FOR IN-HOUSE USERS Will now call my bank and report them as FRAUD.

Just don't ask them questions! Bag seems adequate, zipper pulls seem sub standard. Company communication is below sub-par. Once I test it in the field, you will find reviews, positive or negative where I post my photos and comments.

The delivery was quick and the product is amazing. The delivery was quick, and the backbag is amazing. I can fit all my gear to it including 2 cameras and extra batteries, Drone and it's accessories, a gimbal and other staff that I need foor film making. The backbag feels durable, and with the water resistant hood that is included in the packaging really protect my stuff from water. Highly recommend.
