Sweet Air is Amazing I have purchased the Sweet Air adjustable bra and it is wonderful. Very supportive and comfortable. It came in a timely manner, which is great for our rural area.

Quality Bras, Great Customer Service I've placed 2 orders with Sweet Curves and all the bras received were of excellent material quality and fit. Both orders were received in a timely manner. My 1st order from start to receipt was smooth and problem free. My second order had an error in the online tracking feature, but Customer Service helped with the info. The 2nd order also had missing items and unfortunately the replacement items were lost in transit. Customer Service has promised to make things right by sending me a brand-new item free of charge, along with the missing items. This is great!

I had high hopes for the bra I ordered… I had high hopes for the bra I ordered but the cups were too small and the band was too large plus the material wasn’t as good as I hoped. I did contact customer service and sent the bra back as instructed, but so far, the matter hasn’t been resolved. There is a chat with customer service where they took my information, asked for photos (sent), asked for me to ship the item back (done), asked for a tracking number (done) and then I heard nothing. I let them know the package was delivered and asked for an update. I have heard nothing since then.

Scammers I was so excited to receive my product. When I got it, it didn’t fit. After reviewing the ad again I noticed they took it from an influencer who was talking about a completely different company. They stole her review and used it as their own. I reached out to return the item since it didn’t fit and got the run around. Even after submitting the pictures they requested. It wasn’t until I left a similar 1 star review that anyone reached out to me. Even then the issue is still not resolved. I do not recommend them to anyone. With the shady review stealing and the horrific customer service I feel they are scam artists not an actual retailer.
