GBDelivery was too long. Great customer service though. I would give this bag 5 stars because of the good quality and the great customer service. However, I ordered this bag three weeks before Christmas for a special Christmas gift and unfortunately I received it after to Christmas. Nevertheless, I love the bag and my daughter’s teacher loved it too.
