One thing I truly love about Michelle is she has excellent customer service! She answers all my questions thoroughly and never hesitates to send additional photos of anything I ask for. On top of that, I never feel pressured to make a purchase, even if I’ve asked a bunch of questions about a particular bag. Michelle is also very personable and makes every unboxing experience memorable, with her beautiful packaging. She has such great pieces at highly competitive pricing, among other pre-loves brands.
