If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. Not only did it take 3 weeks to receive an order shipped from 3 miles away, it arrived in such an atrocious state I am in disbelief. I ordered a trucker hat. It was shipped to me in a flat letter envelope and was completely smashed and mangled due to being processed as if it were a letter. Why on earth would anyone think shipping a hat in a letter envelope to a paying cusomter is appropriate?? The customer service i received when i called thinkher.com was a just pointless, seemed to be a young girl with zero knowledge or experience. I’m throughly dissatisfied. Waste of time effort and money. Will never trust this vendor again.
