Horrible clothing The customer service is good and shipping time was fine but the clothes are horrible I got a very thin long sleeve shirt when it looked like an oversized sweater on the site, the pants are basically made of plastic and were super short on me and I´m 5´4 my other sweater had a hole in the bottom still have one item left and I´m not excited about it. Do not buy from this store pricey for trash.

Great store and great service! We are so happy with our experience at Cosmique. The skirt my daughter ordered is darling and she absolutely loves it! When the skirt arrived, we discovered that it was a size too small. Olivia solved our problem immediately! She was quick, polite, and super sweet! A new skirt is already on its way! I can not say enough about this company and about it's wonderful customer service!

I had ordered a few items from Cosmique… I had ordered a few items from Cosmique and two arrived but the last never arrived. When I reached out to Cosmique they were very helpful (especially Caitlyn) and let me know that they weren’t sure what happened to the package (got lost somewhere with a carrier) so Caitlyn gave me credit to use again on the website to order the item again. They’re great with customer service and respond very quickly!
