About to report them ASAP! Tell me how did they talk to Purse Valley directly if its a different company & the customers who ordered & got ripped off can't????

So be patient. I really believe they are making good on their obligations but moving facility has put them extremely behind. My LV Pallas bag is gorgeous and authentic looking. Amazing quality.
