Maybe you should take a page from their book though. Don't take the customer's payment until you actually check that you have the item in stock. It is a real hassle. Especially if it's an emergency and you need the hair ASAP. The customer then has to spend more money buying something else, most likely from somewhere else and spend extra money that they didn't plan on spending. Which was the case for me and the situation that you put me in. Don't get me wrong, I did receive my refund. However it's disappointing to see my bank account being used for extra purchases I didn't plan on making at that exact moment. It doesn't make a customer feel safe, satisfied or even have faith in making future purchases with you.
