Great experience The transaction went very smoothly. I rented a YSL clutch in black, I got it in the mail very quickly and the bag looked brand new. Beautiful! I got a lot of compliments! I would definitely use them again.

Seamless process! What I viewed online was exactly what I got. In mint condition. Packaged with extreme care. after I placed my order I had a question with my PayPal account and how soon the charge would process. I was hoping to receive the purse by a specific date. So I called the listed number on the website. I got a live person on the other end. She knew exactly what I'd ordered. She explained the process with PayPal. She explained they needed to run a credit check. She said as long as the credit check and my information panned out okay then she would do her best to get my item to me by my specific needed date. She did just that! A couple hours later I received a call. She required a little additional information from me and then my purse was in route! Returning the purse I was unable to download the return shipping label. I sent an email letting them know the error I encountered. Within minutes I had the return shipping label sent to me via email. Again, amazing customer service! I will definitely be a returning customer!!
