GBDisappointing and frustrating The first pair of earrings arrived broken and it took sometime to get a replacement pair. The seller wanted proof of the damage and I was unable to deliver it to them. Everything I did, sent the photo to Etsy directly. i ordered a second pair of earrings which had words on it and I did not realize how large they were. (I should have asked). I think they are too big for most people to wear (myself, included) but I love the message and so I will probably get some use out of them. In all, my dealings with this company were too-long lasting, there was a slow response to questions and comments and frustrating. I think the webpage is incomplete (no place for quantity of items), a discount promoted on the page was not honored at first at the checkout and I asked for a refund of the overpayment and I was told first that the discount was past, even though it was still on the webpage, second, that they would not give a direct refund onthe overpayment and I would have to reorder. I did that only to find that they did give me a refund of the overpayment. It was time-consuming, frustrating and unprofessional. I can only guess that these people have not been vendors on etsy for long and they have to get their policies and customer service strategies straight. In he end, I got everything I ordered but it could have and should been handled better.
