GBGreat disappointment 1. Bags too big. No description on ordering as to size. 2. Gift box which had to pay extra for, damaged and unattractive. 3. Zippers are cheap!!....Don't slide well. Doubt they will last. 4. Disappointed and regret ordering. Too much money for product. Would have never purchased if in a store.

GBVery Helpful and Supportive Ordered two bags which shipped separately. Had an issue with USPS during delivery - one bag was delivered to the wrong address (not the company's fault). The customer service at Holistic Bags has been phenomenal! They have been very helpful and supportive in getting my issue resolved. They offered to send me a replacement bag for the missing one, and I can't thank them enough! They've been wonderful! Highly recommend!

GBMy bags are beautiful and well worth the wait The bags are beautiful and definitely worth the wait. The only two things I would hope they work on is their delivery and updates. If you order for a special occasion order at least a month and a half to two months ahead of time to make sure it arrives on time. I know keeping someone updated on their order can be a pain but even if you just touch base once a week or every two weeks would probably alleviate someone's anxiety about where their order is. But I will admit every time I reached out someone responded within reasonable time. I ordered two bags and am extremely happy and will be ordering again in the future.
