GBPoor quality Poor quality I received a $100 bracelet that broke within 60 days from just normal wear and tear. I reached out to the company and they only replace within 30 days. Either they knowingly make an inferior product or they think they make a high quality product and don’t stand by them. It is not OK for a $100 bracelet to break after 60 days of normal wear.

GBRECEIVED A DEFECTIVE NECKLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE NECKLACE. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE..LIKE SOMEONE JUST SLAPPED AN EYE ON THE NECKLACE WITH CHEAP GLUE THAT SHOWS. THE EYE IS COMPLETELY CROOKED AND NOT CENTERED. I DIDN'T SPEND ALMOST $200 FOR A CHEAP PIECE OF JEWELRY THAT I DON'T WANT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN MORE HORRIBLE THAN THE PRODUCT THEY SENT..I'VE TRIED CONTACTING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS AND NO ONE RESPONDS. TOTAL BS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBThese bracelets are very nice These bracelets are very nice, but when trying to change the stones between bracelets we found the bars that hold them are all different sizes. One of our bracelets broke and we tried to just keep the stone and use it in a deferent one and found it will not fit. Other than that these are great! Wish we could order the different sized bars though or just be able to purchase the ION bracelets by themselves with no bar or stone.

GBI have ordered 2 red string bracelets… I have ordered 2 red string bracelets and a hematite and amethyst calming bracelet. They are beautifully packaged and sent with care. I love them and they are high quality and very beautiful. I highly recommend this company and will forever be a customer.

GBExcellent customer service. I originally left a bad review due to a bad quality bracelet I received that was meant for my partner’s 30th birthday, but broke within 2 weeks. However, I am now updating my review as I am very impressed and happy with the customer service I received to rectify the issue. I was dealt with efficiently and politely. They sent me a replacement product and they sent me another product of my choosing, free of charge, to apologise for what happened. The replacement product I received was of a better quality and I received it very quickly. Thank you, Karma and Luck, for resolving the issue. It shows that even when things go wrong, this company cares about its customers satisfaction and helps to resolve the issue.
