GBThis is the worst company I have ever… This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Shipping was delayed and missed a birthday, so company told me to reject the parcel and they would be returned to them, I did this only to be told by company to be patient and I would be refunded in full. A month later and UPS have just delivered me the sunglasses, so the company blatantly lied! They came in a grubby box, very poorly packed and like a previous review these sunglasses are scratched, marked and clearly second hand! I would urge you to avoid this company at all costs! ROGreat selection of frames Orderred very rare frames, didn't arrive yet, but after I contacted them, they sent all the information about the order, so I am very anxious to receive them. Will post review again when I get them.

GBGreat Online service I have purchased a few pair of sunglasses from their online store (limited Salt Optics I simply couldn't find anywhere else). I was now looking for a Mykita Mylon Mir in black as an Rx frame. I ordered online, and included my current prescription with pupillary distance. The frame was not in house, and had to be shipped form Germany. Oliver was in very close contact with me, and sent the frames ASAP (It took them little over a day to put in prescription lenses after their arrival from overseas)! They look and feel even better than I thought. I highly recommend!

GBGood See Co. is the gold standard for customer service Good See Co. has both the largest selection of designer optical and sunglass frames in the US, and the largest commitment to customer service. I bought high-priced Lindberg frames there in December 2022 when I was in LA to visit my sister. Three months later, one of the stems fell out. I contacted Good See Co., and E-Commerce Manager Farasat promptly emailed me a prepaid UPS 2nd Day Air shipping label. The frames were repaired and returned to me in Jacksonville, FL, without delay and at no charge. Unfortunately, the same repair was required again, 13 months after my original purchase. (Lindberg eyewear is not built for durability, IMHO.) As before, the estimable Farasat and repair team fixed the frames and sent them back gratis in record time. Good See Co. delivers superlative customer service.
