After 2 failed orders elsewhere found success with Travaloo. I tried to order this suitcase through JC Penney twice, and each time they canceled it. I finally decided to look elsewhere and found it on Travaloo for a reasonable price and guaranteed delivery within days. Very pleased with the suitcase, and very pleased with the service.

Can't Do It Any Better When UPS delivery proved problematic, Travaloo stepped in immediately to remedy the situation - the owner of the company called me to resolve the issue. Now that is great customer service!

Intentionally deceptive return policy Product and delivery were fine. Company claims "free return shipping," which is technically accurate, but they also charge a very large "restocking fee." I understand that shipping luggage is expensive, but choosing to describe this as "free return shipping" well above the "restocking fee" description on the page is clearly intended to deceive customers into thinking returns are free. No other explanation makes sense.

Outstanding customer service and good pricing The Bric luggage covers were delivered as expected and on time. I also enjoyed the discount that was received for ordering several items. I will use Travaloo company again as I shopped for new duffels.

Exactly as described, lightweight I got my suitcase quickly and exactly as described. Can’t wait to use it — it is lightweight and the spinner wheels will make it easier for me to travel.
