Fantastic experience! I purchased a watch from tickortock as a gift for my friend's birthday. I was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! I love everything about this watch except the clasp. I have had the clasp open a couple off times and almost lost this watch several times and I am not wearing it because of that Wonderful watch, but beware of the clasp
