I got a certificate that the bag was authentic, so I kept it. Then I needed a minor repair, so I went to the brand's store. All members of staff told me that the bag was 100% fake. I wrote a complaint to the Detectives. They just cancelled the certificate and, after a few emails, refunded me for this certificate. But I lost 4000usd because of them
