Bought 4 jumpers as gifts on 1.10.23 received no information, except a tracking number for yun express, which have the most appalling reviews on here. They still have no update on yun express. I have emailed them 3 times and the site says will reply in 24hours and I haven't heard back in over a week from my first email. I keep messaging them via email Facebook and Instagram to try get any information, but still haven't heard anything nearly 4 weeks since ordering. Really concerned it's a scam company. Took my money, haven't responded once, and now I'm concerned I'm not going to be able to get my money back. From my experience would not recommend this company.
