I live chatted with the Button Expert and he knows his stuff. I got instant updates on where my order was in the process. Order to delivery in 9 days!!!! This was one of my best online ordering experiences!

Great Customer Service I appreciate the quick turn-around, the great customer service and you actually get to speak to an actual person. Answered all my concerns and put my mind at ease. The buttons that I ordered came out better than I expected. They were just as bright, clear and colorful and the actual picture I had uploaded. I loved the experience, professionalism and end product so well that I am now ordering some clothing magnets.

Cant rate yet...havent received email conformation or coorespondence from the company! Communicate with your customers would help. So maybe a survey after I receive the order would be in better order!

Custom Button Co. Did a spectacular job! Note worthy is the customer service. When I subbmitted my final file and I thought It wasn't compatible. After contacting Ian, he assured me the file is fine.
