Quality in product and service people! I wrote one before but will again. My experience was great. The customer service person was so kind and answered my many questions. She was always patient and asked if she could help in any other ways. She made suggestions when I could not find a purse that fit my picky requirements. Your products are high quality but if the rest of your staff is like her then you will have nothing but great comments.
