Reid seemed genuinely concerned that we would be happy with our purchase and when the bag arrived as scheduled it was in perfect condition which obviously was the most important part. Will not hesitate to use Luxybit again to save on handbags for my wife who fortunately for me doesn’t mind saving a little as long as they are mint/near new condition.
