Beautiful quality and details I ordered 3 bags, and I'm extremely impressed with the quality of my bags, beginning with how they were packed and shipped. Each metal piece was covered and protected, the inside was padded so the bag would keep its shape. Each bag is placed in an individual protection sleeve. All this care and attention in the shipping only matches the quality of these bags. They are made beautifully, with quality leather and metal hardware. Vacation bag I needed a travel bag in a hurry. I also wanted it to be fashionable as well as functional. I came across this bag on the internet and and it was beautiful and affordable. I used it everyday on that trip and will be using it for a long time to come. Highly recommend.

Very bad!!!! This is really a mockery! I ordered the bag on March 31st, received it on April 23rd, I opened the package and was horrified. It was not packaged as new, it was covered in grease stains and scratched, and there were glue residues on it. I want to return this bag, since I bought a new product, not a used one. They tell me that I have to pay for the return! this is impossible ! I will go to the police and file a complaint on the Baginni website
