Excellent Customer Service I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. Customer service is absolutely… Customer service is absolutely unmatched. I emailed in a question and my problem was solved in twenty minutes. Lucy was an absolute gem and saved my birthday present for a friends 50th. I won’t hesitate to recommend and buy again!
